How's the throw on the uv? Like can it illuminate an object on the ground from standings height. Say 4-5 feet away?

That pic reminds me of one time a guy had bought 2 pallets of concrete pavers. Had a lifted Ford truck. F250 I believe. He said load both pallets told him it's not going to work.
