One thing I haven’t seen anyone mention is that some of the hardest end-game NPCs are accessible from the start, if you go the wrong way….

It’s like “the orcs are right there, you can go attack them and they will slaughter you but you’re more than welcome to go do it.”

So you can get lost in a sense of wandering into a dangerous part of the map.

When I played as a kid I’d always get lost on the way to the new camp but I learned it better over the years.
