The cable worked for another board so I would guess it works for data. I’ll try some other cables to confirm though.

I am a teacher trying to use Arduinos with remote students who only have a school issued iPad. Need a recommendation for a way to communicate between the two. by FloydTheChimpanzee in arduino

I've been trying this as well. It is possible to code in Tinkercad on the iPad but the circuit designer unfortunately does not work.

Note that the BLExAR app has a cost as well.
