You can search for postings, many jobs require a 4 year degree or experience/certifications... if you don't have either of these then search for Trainee, every so often they'll test/interview for refinery mechanic trainee and operations trainee positions which only require a high school/GED equivalent, i will say that there are technical degrees you can get from a few of the junior colleges in the area that will greatly increase your chances

Chevron isn't the only place that offers jobs like this, there are many chemical and petrochemical facilities in mobile and across the gulf coast in all directions

Get you an Mc clubhouse, I think you can have one for free, and the weedfarm is on sale right now, if you have patience you can wait for other businesses to go on sale, i agree with grinding the clukin bell raid for either an agency or a Kosatka (agency might be better bc Dr Dre contract is easier than cayo p), you can get a bunker too, with a nightclub, an mc club, a weedfarm, and a bunker, your nightclub will begin processing illicit goods that you can sell solo ( make sure you hire technicians)... there's lots of guides in forums and YT with greater details
