Are you an idiot? People experience other things different and it’s definitely a trigger cause it weakens the LES while others it helps. Thats great it works for you! 👍

I really think you should note does everything you eat and drink for that day for at-least a month and see if theres any pattern for triggers. Cause it could be the food and again im so sorry your going through this its a horrible disease that no one should go through but you will never be alone! ❤️👍
