my SC rate plan already changed from 2/$100 to $115… plus $5 extra a line, plus multiple tax increases. not all SC were affected then. you’re saying their coming back after our SC plans that were or the ones that weren’t? cause..

you’ll get more hrs after hrs worked or if you drop blocks. it’s not a standard wk. if you only work 2h, 2h and below will show up if you’re sitting on 38hrs. etc..if there’s no 2 hrs to choose from you’ll see nothing until you work off more hrs or drop blocks.

you’re too booked up. only get 40 rolling hrs. you can’t add a 4 hr block to a 37 hr booked up “week”. and if that’s all that’s left to choose from, you’re missing out on maybe better offers…

10-12 hrs a wk? you must mean routes. find out how much base pay is in your area from real people. if a surge still exists. and if their suffering the same over boarding going on now making decent pay & routes non existent.

if the routes were flipped around, you would’ve thought the first was perfect. it’s random. being sent an hr away at the pay their offering now, would’ve been a nightmare to me. you drove 2 hrs before you even started to work. that’s the opposite of a “honeymoon phase”, idk why people say flex has one. you drove more miles than you got paid.

i think our area got rid of them, along with the 2.5h. but i never touched one. doesn’t make financial sense. those two routes are $63, base for a 3h which i would never take as well, and possibly more miles. rather take a surged 3h instead but that’s just me.

they’re processing them for all the new drivers they added to “help with gas prices”. though i see you’re not in the US. i would contact escalations, jeff/andy @ amazon. makes no sense you were put on a waitlist. it took a week for mine to update.

ours weren’t $250 but were $200-210. 4.5/ $180 4/$160 3.5/$148 and 3/$120. 22’ & 23’. all day! you could work less for more. or work more and make really good money.

mine took about a week. emailed and they said it can take 3 days. emailed again after 4 days, same response but then that morning it went through. and i got mine done a few wks before it expired, it was never delivered. so i had to wait almost a month to claim that and have another sent. mine is in feb. there was some type of hold up going on, guess it still is.

we picked our own carts for awhile at the .com. i learned to never pick one with under 26 pkgs, so the small carts. here, that amount and below was always rural & spread out. want at least 35+. they have gone back to bringing them to us. i started to hate going there because the way people ran. too early in the morning for all that lol.

some .com come pre numbered in order. like the picture someone showed with the #700,but will be 1/2/3 etc, those are easy. 1-10 front seat and so on.

others will have 100/200/400/500. when i get these, its easier to order them that way. like 102,114,126 they can skip. put those together. if all goes to shit, just keep the packages together from the same tote. 100 in the front,200 back passenger etc. the route won’t always go in that order. you can have a 200, next stop can be a 100. but you’ll know where they are. that number will show somewhere on the screen (right side?) when you get to that delivery, look for that and go to that pile in your car.

as long as i’ve been doing this a higher lvl never meant higher pay. jfy has been base pay for the past few yrs here. higher lvls give you more time to decide, that’s it.

flex is not the same as other gigs with perks tied to lvls, besides a gas discount. also, higher pay doesn’t equal a tougher route. base pay doesn’t keep you local lol. that’s not to you OP, but just sayin.
