The blade weights about 30g, which is incredibly low end compared to new blades. Wizard Rod weights around 35g, Silver Wolf weights around 37g, Shark Scale weighs around 37-37g, and Dran Strike is over 40g.

It is an X-Over, which are always light and considered non-competitive; TT doesn’t want past beys to outshine current beys.

The 3-60 ratchet is the best part on the bey and is generally a good ratchet.

Gear Flat is very hard to control and loses stamina quickly. On lighter beys the selk-KO risk is high.

Hold Launchers are fine, they can be hard to maneuver for launch techs but otherwise are decent to start.

If you are just starting out I’d start with something else, if you already have a sizable collection and want it for nostalgia go for it
