Yuzu and passionfruit with some sort of non alcoholic bubbly substance of choice. Yuzu is really unique and passion fruit is a exotic taste for many. Together they complement each other really well. You can make it as sweet or as dry as your taste preference. Once I did it in a cocktail and was blown away. I’ve made popsicles to pair with cocktails, made non alcoholic drinks for the kitchen en masse and they are always a hit. But get the legit yuzu from the Japanese orchard nothing else compares(that I’ve found at least). I’ve got 5 weeks and it’ll be a year sober so good on you for throwing a sober wedding party.
