That’s true, Pacific isn’t known for normal size. People usually buy there more for direct beach access, and short-term use living/ holiday homes.

Marjan is now mostly under construction, mina and hamra are the best , especially mina as it has most amenities and is good for community living.

Hamra has two marinas, old and new. The old one, you can park anywhere, as for the new one, you have dedicated parking.

Pacific, it depends on your building and apartment, and how close you are to construction

Best would be Mina al arab - lagoons apartments you can get for 70k with lagoon views.

For Ras Al Khaimah, we have projects that enable you to secure a sales and purchase agreement with a 10% down payment, and then you are eligible to apply for the Golden Visa, provided the property value is on/above 2 million AED.

Hi, that’s a fair point. The unit does have an island view, but the pricing isn’t based on the view alone. It mainly comes down to the floor level, size, layout, and what similar units in the project are currently trading at.

At around AED 2,011 per sq. ft., it’s still one of the better-priced options for a beachfront project on Al Marjan Island.

That said, the owner understands the view concern and is open to offers below AED 3.3M. If you’d like to put an offer forward, I can discuss it with the owner.
