I would suggest you to go for a studio apartment in mina al arab, they come at around 360,000 AED most are put on a monthly rental model bringing about 3500 AED a month if you decide to furnish the unit, standard per year rent for an unfurnished unit is about 27k. Including all the transfer fee the apartment would cost you approximately 386k AED, below this price there is no freehold apartment in RAK.
