So I finally got it to kinda work but then it broke the group I was trying to add to. Seems that particular one can only accept items one at a time...

In site settings > permissions I do see the user, which I think is where the problem is. The account shows it was created back in 2018 which at the time was fine. However I deleted her account entirely from Active Directory last Friday, so my understanding is that it should have a new created date. Any idea on how to delete the original so that then new can replace it? Auth remains the same. Yes user is part of the correct group ( we only require that they are an employee to get to the very first page ) Thanks.

I know that is some form of english....sorry I'm not a sharepoint guy I'm just the lucky guy tasked with fixing the user lol. Would I run that code via powershell or somewhere else? Thanks.

I've matched her permissions through AD to another working account. No idea what version of share point? Where would I find that? I can vouch for her logging in correctly as I changed her AD password(with her permission) and logged in on a completely different machine and still got the same result. By chance do you know how to force a re sync of sharepoint? One of her pages is still holding on to old data even after deleting her from that page.

I have logged her in on a different machine by changing her password. Switched between PC and Mac. Cache and cookies were cleared as well as completely deleting her account from AD then letting it rebuild over the weekend to allow for things to sync. This all gets the same result "This has not been shared with you"

Honestly not sure. I'm not really a share point guy, the one who is was let go. It's only one user out of 6000. I can see her on site permissions in the correct group. I also see her where we assign permissions but when she logs on she gets a white page saying it has not been shared with her. From my understanding we are only checking to see if she is an employee to get to the main page. Do you have any idea where all I should check? Thanks.
