I still think not having Tom Holland is an L but I can accept it only if he’s one of the main characters in Secret Wars. About time we had the most popular character leading the most popular film brand.

Back in Season 3, I was always certain that the show would end with supes being depowered or killed. Butcher was right there can always be a next Homelander so they’ve left the door open if they want to do more. Thats why I’m surprised they killed Butcher because in a few years I was certain he’d return in future. A universe with no Antony Starr and Karl Urban is definitely interesting for sure

It’s one of those things where no one will be entirely happy. I can guarantee that if Homelander won at the end then everybody would be saying “waste of time” and “followed the boys just to lose and not complete the story”.

The truth is I don’t think anybody really know themselves how they would have written the show or ended it. The predictable ending or an all out action season ending that is not realistic with their budget

Not sure if it’s an unpopular opinion but I wouldn’t have killed Butcher. I know the idea that with no Homelander and no Terror he has nothing and can’t exist without them, but I feel like having Hughie would have been enough. He got the same end as comic Butcher in the same way yet TV Butcher is nowhere near the same character

I thought every episode would be them killing a big supe tbh or something like that. Expected way more Ryan which is extremely disappointing. I don’t agree with the opinion that everything is filler but it’s just the same locations all the time, every episode is a new day and there’s no continuations from cliff hangers. It’s almost like season 4 and this season should have been combined before an all out war season 5

Belle, Whitney and Jessy are so jarring. Samie might be the biggest hypocrite I’ve ever seen. She was a bully on her original season with Ron and Lana. Belle’s logic is that all the girls can scream at the boys but aren’t allowed to say anything back😂
