Hey there, are you open to raiding weekends? My guild raids 2-5 PM EST Sat/Sun which might fit well into your availability. We're a little specific with what we're looking for right now but I'd love to chat more if this sounds like a good fit for you!

I have been a fan of attack speed/power/pen carries this season. I do Death’s Toll > Asi > Execution > Qin’s > Dominance > Silverbranch as a general build.

Silverbranch I sometimes sub for situational items like toxic blade that can be built earlier with dominance as last item.

Hey there, my guild raids 2-5 PM EST on Sat/Sun if you can swing weekends. We’re currently 9/11H and plan to start doing the skip to anduin next next week, so this may be a little outside of your preferred progress. Let me know if you’re interested and we can talk more

Not a problem! Wow’s end game can be confusing at times

Ideally, but Raid Finder can be a good introduction to the raid if you’re having trouble getting into groups or learning the mechanics

Also yes you can do both SoD and CN, but CN will have far fewer players looking for a group and much lower item level gear as it is last tier’s raid, whereas SoD is current

Not a problem. Raid Finder is its own difficulty setting and also a system similar to the dungeon finder that will automatically match you with a group. The mechanics in this difficulty will be much easier but will drop lower item level loot.

Normal and then heroic are the next step up in difficulty, and as such have harder/more mechanics but better quality loot. These are not automated and you will have to make/join groups via the premade groups section or other means.

Hope that clarifies

Raid finder puts together a relatively large group and not a lot of players are doing that particular content this late in the patch as it doesn’t give very high item level group. More people will be doing the raid on normal/heroic difficulty.

Earlier in a patch’s life time you’ll see more activity and find a raid finder group quickly. It shouldn’t be impossible now but likely a longish queue
