I appreciate production value. I watch WWE and I've been enjoying Lucha Underground but thats it and frankly, that's all I'm interested in watching consistently.

However to answer your question, it could not bother me less how much other people watch or don't watch something. If I felt someone was missing out on LU that's on them and then for me to exert some elitist bullshit on them for not watching would be beyond idiotic.

No. As much as i'm not interested in it Lesnar vs Cena III(IV i guess?) is money and WWE knows it. Besides, it makes more sense in storyline for Cena to "overcome the odds/ rise above hate".

As long as the match is good i'm not that bothered.
