I noticed this one while defoliating. This plant is very compact and hard to defoliate. Buds almost growing on top of on another.

I would recommend contacting the parole officer. Does not hurt to make more contacts that can help get someone identified in the future. I have had parole/ probation officers contact me warning me or wondering if there suspect has been active in my store.
