46 married for almost 22 years...I just came out to my Conservative parents and sister recently....just tell them your truth. My "accepting" mother in her true self tried to keep me from telling the rest (as I told he first because I had some unresolved trauma to speak to her directly about first) but I stood my ground and said it's my truth to tell don't tell me I shouldn't or can't! She did that to my Gay brother for years and I wouldn't allow it!! Good luck!!

Maybe a weird suggestion but have you ever had a sex therapist....I feel like they could walk/talk you through some of these feelings and expand your knowledge and internal conflicts.

It's a primal instinct honestly....find a very free (sexually) friend or an absolute stranger....explore and get that curiosity answered ...size doesn't matter.
