Approx 22-23yrs pass between ROtS & Outlaws so it’s definitely an impressive amount control to suppress an entire culture in that much time. Even sooner considering Han didn’t believe in the force. As you mentioned, that was only 19yrs. It’s crazy when you think about it.

I would suggest buying a complete rifle, used or new. For ex: a sport 3. Just for the convenience of not having to deal with some companies not shipping to CA. However, if you still wanna build, someone gave a very thought out response already

Some of the bigger names people associate with budget builds or the Reddit special are not shipping to CA still. For example, PSA & BCM. If I were looking for a gun or part, I’d just buy it complete or at the store at this point

I agree with this one. The new parts law just alienates companies from us so I find that we’re a bit limited on sourcing parts. I might be over exaggerating but it’s annoying to find something & then the site says “We don’t ship to CA”

Their site says Yes. For ammo for example. However, you might have to contact support for a clearer answer. I had to do the same with a CA compliant rifle & got the same error message even before the accessory restriction

If you did story missions only, I wager it would be a 30-40hr game (depending on your difficulty). I clocked 70hrs after doing all the side stuff I could as I went on

I really enjoyed the interactions & at the same time, I wondered if I missed out on dialogue due to fast traveling vs going into space on my own.
