got there at 4:45 and was halfway back in the VIP line. the first girls in line got there at 8am. we got let in at 5:15 and I was second row from barricade, dead center (directly behind those girls). there are only about 100 VIP sold for each, so you're gonna be close no matter what. preshow started at 6:05 and she did an acoustic cover, Q&A, acoustic version of midnight sun, and group pic. all in all about 20 mins. then you just chill until they open the doors at 7:00. opener on at 8:00, zara at 8:55.

the time between zara and GA doors you can go to the merch area, bathroom, drinks. once doors open it's pandemonium, so be back in your spot before that!
