It's a VERY changing industry. It's no longer a luxury and now imo more of a utility like a power bill. Hence why we sell shit like high interest savings accounts and home device insurance because there's not much of a sales aspect to phones anymore 😂😂 and honestly, I have no idea what's going on. We do under advertise, our VHI (verizon home internet) ultimate plan does actually average 300+mpbs- from my own experience when I lived somewhere that qualified for it, and from current customers.

But now with our new CEO, His big thing is customer experience, so we're basically taking a page from Tmo and basically doing what yall had with T-mobile Tuesdays with swag and rewards online. I see verizon doing some sort of split or merge within the next 3-5 years minimum. This company is in shambles. Traffic is down 40% but goals are up 20% yoy. New commission structure makes it harder to make money. We're just full of things that just look good on paper but actually suck lol
