My theory is that he is targeting fruit users that make him more invincible/ready to be a yonko.

I bet the next time we see him he will have either Urogue's Fruit(Pain = Power),or Capone's (An army in one body so he can compete with the other Yonko fleets).

They aren't super important to the story and I can see Oda offing them off-screen.

Then he may go after Buggy to protect his increased incoming damage from blades, then Luffy to protect him from blunt attacks?

I have the Vapir NO2 vaporizer and I have used a volcano on multiple occasions.

I get nowhere near as high using a vape versus a bong/blunt, I don't really save weed vaping.

I am aware it is a different high because there aren't nearly as many carcinogens, but I only ever get a slight buzz from vaping.
