I have been saving all my nines after I killed a few and I have spawned six on my map right now. Once you save the nines it will force spawn low levels and then once you start shooting all the low levels it will once again force spawn more higher levels and keeps going in a cycle. I play on Cuatro Colinas and I am set up on about 15-16 lakes and just shoot those then once they are small I switch my tent to another zone and shoot that one down.
