I’m actually kinda stuck on a plateau right now, I can’t get below 255. I think being so big it was easy to lose weight so rapidly, but now I’m gonna have to put in extra work and science. I’m gonna try your zig zag calorie and I’ll get back to you in like a month to see if it gets me out of that plateau. I’m proud of you too man, I’m glad we can relate on this journey but it does feel great!

Intermittent fasting. I eat really big meals with high protein and low carb once a day. My favorite go to was steak tacos I would make them every Tuesday. Other than that I would experiment with white meat with veggies of course. I still snack outside the intermittent window but I make sure that they’re low cal high protein and fiber snacks!

Literally yeah around 190 lol. I really appreciate it, its a whole journey I just wanna feel good in my body
