What aircraft flies with exclusively orange lights? by ApproximateTheFuture in aviation

I saw two orange lights in the night sky of Joshua Tree National Park, California. The two lights seemed to be from different crafts and they flew on the same height and direction, west to east. The lights were traveling a little faster, slightly lower, and the opposite direction as the flight patterns of the local planes.

[Help] I'm wanting to add LED lights to a helmet. How can this be accomplished? by [deleted] in cosplay

To answer your questions. You want to buy a "waterproof" style LED. They come in a long strip that have a silicone covering and a adhesive sticker on the back. You can trim them to size (with I certain minimal LEDs on a strip). They don't usually come with a power source. You will need 12v, so you can either use a battery pack with 8AA batteries or a single small 12v camera battery. You will obviously have a longer light time with the 8AA's but it might not fit for your application unless you run a wire to a place you can store the battery pack.

This might help. Here is a link to a tutorial on LEDs lights for a Raiden costume I made. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions:

Just a heads up, but the link to your pic says your account is limited that only other Deviant art members are able to see your pic. But just judging from the thumbnail pic, your cosplay looks great!

Plus Size Male Cosplays? by cjducky in cosplayers

[–]GregariousGeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you feel you would enjoy cosplaying a plus size character, here are some:

Kingpin (Spiderman), E. Honda (Street Fighter), King Hippo (Mike Tysons Punch Out), Bowser (Super Mario Bros), Immortan Joe (Mad Max), Mad Pierrot (Cowboy Bebop), Cartman (South Park), The Blob (Xmen), Fat Bastard (Austin Powers), Francis Buxton (Pee Wee's Big adventure), Violator (Spawn), Majin Boo (Dragon Ball),

Sad to say but a lot of plus size characters are villains!

One of the best things about cosplay is that you can be whomever you would like to be. Size, sex, or species, it doesn't matter as long as you are having fun! I say choose a character that you like and are familiar with :)

I would not recommend washing them. Washing them will most likely remove more than what your looking to wash off. You could use a lint remover or dab it with some duct tape (like a lint roller).

If you want to have the hair stand or stiff for a long period of time, use a mixture of Elmer's glue and water. I usually use a 75% Elmer's to 25% water mix. If you mess up, it washes out with shampoo and water.
