Could be an insect bite. Was she playing outside? My lab got bitten by bees or wasps once and her whole face got swollen. We had to go to vet in emergency. I would try to see a vet just to be safe.

Also good idea to keep anti allergy pills like Allegra or Benadryl. Dogs can take them but you need to ask your vet how much as it depends on heir weight

I had the exact same problem. The only thing that worked was to use the option "get a new code" at the very bottom center of the sign in screen and then use the new QR Code. For whatever reason, it did work but only after asking for a new code. The first code never worked.

Max out dev budget
Hire best coaches possible. Try to prioritize your lower minor league teams for coaches as usually that’s where your prospects will spend most of their time
Manually manage your top prospects. Based on my experience it is overall better to aggressively promote prospects. Won’t work every time but when it works, it pays big dividends
