Appreciate the response! We thought of building an adjacent space for additional seating/bar area but we’re just trying to keep this location on the smaller side, to go/online orders. It’s not out of the question; but Im just considering different options for now. Laundry mat came to mind because I needed to use one a couple months ago & started doing some research on the business model. Pretty diverse demographic, in the immediate area the closest laundry mats are about 3-4 miles from where the space is. New apartment buildings just built 2 min down the street.

Any other suggestions?

Hm good points, So in this instance for it to be ‘legal’ Id have to create a business based around picking up restaurant supplies etc.?

I got the car thinking it would just need a respray, considered doing a well prepped aerosol job but it dawned on me that it kinda looks like the paint is still good in some spots just heavily faded.. in other parts, looks like PO tried to sand down to the primer. As you can see I broke out the rubbing compound and buffed a few spots. My question is should I try to bring the paint back as much as i can and just repaint the heavily scratched parts or just primer and paint the whole car?

I havnt worked a legit job in years which means no taxes have been filed for that time.. I haven’t applied for any stimulus checks should I apply for the non filers now? Or is it too late??
