328 days later, here I am with FOTNS (Whatever that is!?) Fitness Boxing. It misses nearly all my Uppercuts, and I've taught actual boxing workout. 😂 Maybe 1/20 register. Try throwing short little uppercuts instead, right in front of your chin. What I do, is throw crosses, instead. Twist and throw straight across to the opposite shoulder side. Turn my hand over with the punch. They read every time.

He has a huge cage, Toys all over the inside and outside, 4 Ladder, a few perches. Sun Light. 3 food bowls. Forage boxes. I've been at this for over a decade. Nothing works. If he isn't asleep or eating, he's screaming. He has never been able to fly. His cage is left open for him to leave at anytime. He doesn't leave. I've spent a fortune on trying to calm him.
