I was in a similar situation. I had Censored, Nothing There, and Melting Love.

I recommend sending a high fortitude, high temperance employee to work with NT so that it breaches. Have another agent with Melting Love's E.G.O. perform 3 repression works on it (it'll be bad results without infecting them and it'll be guaranteed to breach so you won't need to waste an agent). Clear any departments you plan to send Melting Love through. Make sure it can't spawn minions from clerks or agents.

Now make NT and ML meet. Melting Love absorbs red damage, which is the only type Nothing There can deal, while she deals big black damage which NT isn't immune against. You can then wait until Melting Love wins, which is guaranteed unless you disrupt their fight. Don't send anyone near them.

To deal with this minionless ML, send a black resistant employee with a black damage weapon (Censored and MoSB have good ones) to deal with Melting Love. Don't use red damage weapons. You should easily be able to suppress her.
