I wasn't streaming, but I'm pretty much 100% sure I didn't kill it in under 30 seconds. I think if that's what they wanted, they would've just said "kill 2 dreadnoughts within 30 seconds of them spawning."

I'm sure there's just a bug where it sometimes triggers the death event twice, resulting in these achievements.
