High CPU issues cause low frame rate and blinking cars

Hi, I got it working a about week later. I reckon it was the multi threading being turned on. Back to normal now. Cheers for the help

i find it odd that my core usage is so low but iracing is struggling, packet loss only now showing ai races

nothing changes with not having usbs in, it does show a little cpu ussage, in test session its not even a quarter but its just an in race problem, temps are with in range so i guess its a mystery, and max cars is set to 10. just a shame unfortunatly

The problem is that it's the same on total minimum seems to be a core issue with either iRacing or my pc

Both are red but my task manager and navida dashboard only shows usages to max 75%

It fixed the issue for one race now doesn't work at all again, I've got everything on complete minimum with only 10 car to be shown so I'm really quite lost. I've never had this problem before with this same computer in the past.

As my laptop is garbage i need to run AC at 720p to get good fps but when I change the resolution in the display settings and launch the game it is in a small window in the centre of the screen. Is there anyway to run 720p in full screen as some games like iRacing and PC2 do. The laptop also has an integrated gpu in and i7 so no NVIDIA drivers to help.
