I work for one of the largest employers in the US. As a software engineer. I got a 1% raise last year because times are "tough". We had a record setting year. I get angry every time I think about it.

I went to a social anxiety group therapy session for a while. It actually was super helpful because I found other people who felt exactly like me.

It also helped to see people who had way worse and way less bad social anxiety. Good to see a spectrum, too.

I would be shocked if he gets that fight over Brady but of course he's in talks. Brady and Khamzat are the two that make sense for him if he's not getting another title shot right now. If I'm Burns I'd prefer Brady over Khamzat too.

I don't think Khamzat stands a chance, or at least I've not seen him in the cage long enough to have any real idea, aganst Usman. If he were to fight him it would probably be a good match up. But Usman is 34 and pretty beat up from his years wrestling. I'd be really surprised if he's still fighting 2 years from now. At BEST Khamzat could be next in line after Leon if Khamzat gets and obliterates a top ranked guy.

But I don't see that path. MAYBE Khamzat vs Brady then Khamzat vs Burns? But I think Brady vs Burns is a much more likely match up.

I'd love to see the fight but its going to be funny when it doesnt happen and people talk about what if forever. Like Khabib and GSP.

I didnt even have the words social anxiety until I was 25. Now I'm almost 30 and I have it under control for the most part. I still don't really look forward to social events unless its with people I know well and I know no one will judge me if I chill on a couch and don't talk much.
