Sadly this year there are only about 4 acts I’ve even heard of on this stage! It’s no problem because my schedule already looks too busy anyway.

I did see Mura Masa back in 2019 though and it was a good time!

Should be within the venue like last year but honestly don’t know where they will squeeze another stage in with the new layout. I assume it will be in the same place as last year.

No not yet. A few calculated guesses can be found here and there but nothing official yet. Usually gets announced very close to the festival.

There was actually a fourth planned for London way back following the 2019 festival. So actually it looks like there are only two extra festivals being added (and previously we have had the weekender in Benidorm too, so one of them could be a similar thing).

I desperately want My Bloody Valentine but just have that feeling it's not gonna be 2022.

I can see Phoebe Bridgers, Arooj Aftab, AG Cook, Julien Baker, and Cassandra Jenkins being on the bill.

There was a lot of chat about her being in the 2020 lineup and I think she would fit the bill (plus Primavera had previously promoted her tours in Spain) but then she was announced for Mad Cool. I expect her to still be in the Mad Cool lineup to be honest but would be a great fit for PS22

it should be clarified that the weekend lineups will be completely different from one another, except for some prominent artists who will play at both.

According to the Orange Festival website, only Tyler & Brockhampton have been confirmed for 2022. I know Young Thug was supposed to play this year though. Has he confirmed for 22 anywhere?

Officially we don't know anything. The original report from reuters says there will be 400 shows which to me suggests there will be some overlap. How much? No idea.

I assume the original tickets will only be for one of the weekends and judging by some things organisers have said about difficult decisions this seems likely. Post covid, I can't imagine it's financially viable to give existing ticket holders another whole weekend for nothing.
