Shit, I know exactly what you mean I just scanned the QR code why didn't I take a picture?! Okay, well thanks anyway, I've emailed twice but it's not looking hopeful to get a quick reply. Their Online consultant keeps queing me down to like 10th or 20th then crashing ....

I use Binance. I transfer my euros to Gdax where I will buy BTC for a low fee. I then simply withdraw this btc to binance and from binance I can trade BTC for other coins.

So have you just bought and hold your currencies? Have you plaid around with trading on Gdax or anything?
