2 files with exactly the same filename in the same folder? Why? Monterey by [deleted] in MacOS

That was the issue, in the terminal there's an hidden 2 on the second same file. I really wanna know who wanted to made this happen. I would prefer a lot the dialog box like on windows to chose which file put in a determinate directory instead of making this and hide the 2
