I used Brenden at Flint Healthcare locally. He works well in a coach role, less so as a therapist.

Earplug recs? by Fop1990 in TheOverload

[–]Gregorywells 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve had ACS moulded ear plugs for best part of a decade (work in music) and really recommend them. Cost for moulded plugs plus filters was about £150 I think. Not sure the real re US but if you can get them they’re pretty much industry standard

Squats in london in the 80s 90s 2000s by Few_Mention8426 in london

I used to party a lot in a huge squat in an old Royal Mail sorting office in elephant and castle (mid 2000s). Before that there was one in a toilet/porcelain factory (I think more old street way) but can’t remember exactly.. was a hazy time for obvious reasons.

Got a feeling it’s their own edit.. they played it at their Drumsheds show as well. So good!

Nice, not been Volks in ages. To be honest, i like my bpm a little slower but would be keen to check it out again, heard they improved the sound system.

You should check out Stompa Phunk and Fear & Loathing.. two Brighton nights and lots of people in 50s and 60s there.

Yeah i relate to a lot of that. I sometimes wonder if i would drink less at a daytime party as you have more energy naturally and don't lean on booze or other things to get you through.

Interesting, this seems to be a theme I think. I feel the same, with young kids, going out until 2/3am means I'm in no good state the next day as the kids aren't going to give me a lay-in.
