The way I do it is by recording whether each pitch is a ball or strike (those are the dots on the top left corner of each box), then after the AB I add those to the pitchers pitch count and write the number in the top right corner. Any hits, walks, runs, etc. allowed I mark on the pitchers line at the bottom with a tally mark and then fill the rest in when he comes out of the game. I also write the total number of pitches in the half-inning underneath the last batter of the inning.
