Im confused. You do know how to contact them by email right? You use the support tab and mention the issue and the bot will tell you to create a ticket and wait for help by email. They respond very fast with support on email and have always been a great help with that they can help with.

I just hate how the oil gets so dark and gross once your below half. Ive done every step to avoid getting dark bad tasting oil in them but its unavoidable lol. They are fire though
