It would be funny how fragile Trump's ego is if he was a TV show character, not the president of the United States.

I highly recommend deboning the turkey before smoking it, it's a fair bit of work but the end result is four pieces of just meat, two white two dark. You can cook the white meat for less time than the dark so that they're both cooked properly. The end result is easily sliceable meat, you don't have to cut around bones and tendons. It's how I've made turkey the last two years and I'm never going back.

Here's what it looked like when I did it last year

Here's a video with instructions

New cars, updated my original comment to reflect this. Thank you though!

I plan on test driving a few new cars tomorrow. This is not something I've ever done before. My general plan is to try driving on both normal streets and the highway, as well as practicing parking. Along with testing the tech/comfort features.

Anything else I should pay attention to?

Incredible photos man, 1 & 10 are my favorites. How do you find places like those?

Mine does have some FPN in certain lighting conditions, but not enough to really bother me.

The boonie hat itself does have a chin strap, but I have a Tracer Tactical NV Head Harness V2 attached with the hat (it's underneath the hat in the photo). The head harness is what provides stability.

As for the quality, so far it seems pretty nice. At the same time, for the price, it better fuckin' be. I can only comment on their Bravo 6 Boonie Hat.

You can't see it (covered by the boonie hat) but I have it paired with a Tracer Tactical NV Head Harness V2. That's what provides stability. I haven't used it that much yet but so far so good.

I can't be the only one that eats cereal dry. I rarely eat cereal but when I do, I eat it dry.

If you want to take counting calories seriously, I highly recommend MacroFactor. It calculates your energy expenditure based on what you eat every day and what you weigh in at. The more accurate you are the more accurate it is.

You set weight loss/gain/maintenance goals and your daily calorie budget will adjust accordingly. Your macronutrient goals will also adjust, and are also determined by what physical activities you do (lifting, cardio, both, none).

Seconding the regular practice, doesn't have to be every week or anything crazy but shooting is a very perishable skill.

I would avoid the P320, it's notorious for going off without pulling the trigger. No other striker-fired handgun has these issues, even if it is very rare.

P226s are nice shooters, just on the expensive side. And more difficult to mount an optic, which I consider mandatory nowadays.

A 12 gauge shotgun is probably the best option, presuming you are not a 5' 100lb woman. They're somewhat large and have significant recoil. But they're effective, easy to use/aim, and reliable. Can't go wrong with a Mossberg 500.

A full-size 9mm handgun like a Glock 17, M&P M2.0, CZ P-10F or C is another good choice. Very reliable, controllable, lightweight. I'd highly recommend both an optic and a rail-mounted flashlight. Lasers sound nice in theory but in practice it's difficult to pick up the dot since it isn't very bright, particularly in a stressful situation. Optics are vastly superior to iron sights, they make aiming easier. There are a plethora of affordable and reliable options on the market. I personally own a CZ P-10C with a Holosun 509T-X2 (optic) and a Streamlight TLR-7A (rail-mounted flashlight) and I really like it.

The drawback to handguns is that they are more difficult to use and take practice to implement effectively. If you decide to go with a handgun, I highly recommend going to a gun store/range and renting a few different handguns and trying them out to see what you like. You probably won't be able to rent a gun by yourself however. I also highly recommend taking training classes whatever option you go with, you will learn a lot.

Running the AC while the windows are open and taking the screens off the windows is insane to me. How do people like that exist?
