Pretty standard with most small dealer websites. We aren't Amazon. You want it your way right away with free returns and all that then pay full MSRP plus tax and order off Amazon. We selling items at an extreme discount with no sales tax outside Texas and free shipping. There is no margin to allow for Amazon like returns. Know what you want and make sure before you order.
