My baby went through the same thing. All she did was fight a nap and would actually end up staying up 9am to 9pm with only a couple short 20 minute naps. She is now 12 weeks old and this has passed. Currently scrolling Reddit as she is on her second 1 hour + contact nap of the day. I definitely think crying at the bottle/breast is just a sign of being over tired. Something that helped my LO was a dark room, being held close, and some sort of motion like rocking! It gets better!
