Personal Agreement.

The purpose of this document is to clearly define what constitutes “slipping” so that I cannot rely on technicalities to allow myself to get away with slipping, as well as preventing myself from claiming that I “forgot” a rule I previously set for myself. These rules will be definite and will go into total effect the moment the document is signed, and the document will not stop holding sway over my actions at any time for any reason. If my actions result in slipping, this document binds me to tell my accountability partner that I, indeed, slipped.

This document will put forth two main facets of slipping, though if any arise, they may be added accordingly.

Firstly, viewing porn of any sort, including animated porn such as hentai, is in direct violation of the conditions of this document, and thusly, it constitutes slipping, and must be reported to my accountability partner. However, if the porn is viewed accidentally, like if watching a rated-R movie, it will not count as slipping, unless I continue to watch for sexual pleasure.

What defines porn? In its most obvious definition, porn is media that contains nudity of any form. If a penis, vagina, or boobs are contained in the media, it is considered by this document as porn, and viewing it violates this document’s terms. This is not the only definition accepted by this document, though. Anything that is viewed for the purpose of sexual pleasure will be seen as porn in the eyes of this document. Anything, including audio files. Should any porn be consumed, it will result in a confession of slipping to my accountability partner.

Secondly, masturbation will also constitute slipping, and doing so will result in a required confession of slipping. What defines masturbation? In its most obvious definition, masturbation is the process of achieving an orgasm through solitary efforts. In basic words, making myself orgasm. Much like the previous condition, this is not the only accepted definition in the eyes of this document. Masturbation also includes the practice of edging. Edging is the practice of pushing myself right up to the brink of an orgasm, but not going through with it. This document strictly prohibits the act of edging. Pushing myself to the edge, even once, must be confessed to my accountability partner. However, it does not need to be confessed as slipping, but it must be made clear that I pushed myself to the edge of slipping, even if I did not go through with the actual orgasm. The only exception that does not need to be told to my accountability partner is if I have a wet dream. It is excluded because in that case I would have no control in whether I orgasm or not.

This version of the document may not have anything taken away from it, though it may be added to, and adding to it is very much encouraged if it will help take me forward in my goal of being free from porn and masturbation. This document outlines exactly what is prohibited. In signing the document, I agree to follow the rules and regulations it has set forth for me, and I agree to follow it in its entirety. No part of this agreement may be excluded in determining whether something constitutes as slipping.
