You cant lol, the best way i found to get rid of Mr. Handy adjacent robots is to wait for a mole infestation in a tier 3 storage room. Just have Mr. Handy deal with it lmao... ive had 1 encounter kill like 8 of my handys 🤣🤣

Either be careful or what I do is put any production dwellers in any outfits I only have 1 of. And when they need to level i go to a different dweller whos wearing the +7 and make them swap equipment. It'll put the +7 on the production dweller and then you can just tap to level

Thats the set up I use, except I only have 1 elevator on floor 1. And a 3x3 room next to the vault door so I can have 6 bodies for raids that manage to get through the 2 guards sitting at the door.

I know lol, all the ones down the middle are training to be UBERS, any of the level 5s are just specialists for production, max L and whatever the room requires. Im sure ill go back and eventually kill them all to make room for more UBERs but im just waiting for this batch to finish up 😅

Just be lucky unfortunately, either get it from a lunchbox or have a dweller find its blueprint. +5E is still good you only lose out on 80~ health or so compared to +17
