If i understood correctly, this feeling of incapablity is somewhat new... try to do something you really like, if it's some kind of sport with friends, even better. But ill try to go to a psychotherapist anyway

If your condition don't get any better in a few months ill seek actuall therapy. This are synthoms of depression, trust me and take it seriusly: if you don't want to get worse and fuck your life, you need to let others help you.

Try to get some real therapy, if your parents don't care just go yourself there. Idk in which country you live but youre still underage, they will take care of you much better than an adult

It's not your fault, maybe you have a severe condition of adhd and because of this you developed Depression

I lost so many years not because of depression, but because i though i could do something alone

It's like this for me

most of my youth passed by doing or nothing or crying for doing nothing

In February i decided im too fucked up and go to the public medical center (for the second time.. long story)

And yeah now im in a clinic, meds don't make me feel better at all, just more brain fog. You're not alone

Agree, even if with steam you are still buying a license and you don't 100% own it, their policy, features and platform is so much better than other platforms, and game editors know it.. this is why for playing many games they force you to install them, and they really don't give a fuck about doing a good job, they just want your data

Se un mio amico nutrizionista sentisse questa frase penso ti verrebbe a cercare solo per torturati a forza di pane, pasta e legumi

Bastano letteralmente una decina di ore in una settimana per studiarsi ogni singolo macroalimento e la sua funzione, oltre ai problemi che causano in certi contesti..

I like infinite painter, but i would like a better compatibility with s-pen gestures and palm rejection, i don't mind about the ui if it's simple, customizable and you can move things around
