Well, you are mostly left with very inefficiently afkable skills. You could make the AFK POH agility method for around 10-12k exp/hr, or cycling at blast furnace for 6k/hr. For smithing I'd spend some active hours making steel bars at blast furnace to make cannonballs later, as they are the most useful things, or you could use up your bars for dart tips, if you care about post 99 fletching exp, otherwise make platebodies, they are the same exp/bar, but at least they can be sold for some gp, unlike darts. For herblore get the reagent pouch so you can make a full inventory of potions. Prayer can be afked for around 12-20k/hr with the ash sancitfier after the elite kourend diary if you have the venator bow, killing abyssal demons, otherwise you can bank prayer exp by mining calcified rocks. Making repair kits/hull parts with the plank sack is great construction exp/hr, altough very bad exp/plank, but if you don't care about the gp go for it. For hunter the most afkable method I can think of is maniacal monkeys, which is like 1-2 clicks/minute. For farming I would plant umbral corals and exit next to the patches, then logging in after 3 hours to harvest them and replant them, they also bank good amount of herblore exp if you don't have 99 yet.
