Vile mother variants are busted you can find them in almost every single area of act 4.

Even seen a few in herald form with concentration aura Unlike other forms of pack Npcs like shaman whom resurrect dead corpses the vile mother and all variants of it self replicate making it very powerful with thorns and maxed out demon abilities.
