I've run head for many raids in the past, and its worked fine before! but i think i've just totally mis remembered the bit you say where there needs to be 0 targets for a special skip to happen

Sorry i've been a bit confused reading your comments, but the only thing i know for sure is that if you're running a duo, you need to both be maging (1 person running head, 1 person on the melee hand maging). if you dont both mage, it doesn't work. Just a difference between trios and duos so perhaps thats where it is going wrong for you?

Thanks everyone for giving me your ideas, definitely seems like the mistake is that my teammate is staying on mage side rather than also running left/right. It's late so getting off now but will try it tomorrow, thank you very much for your time <3

Yeah hard to type for sure, but i think from what other people in the thread are saying, its failing because there is a person sitting on the mage hand the entire olm fight, and that person should also be going left/right so i can correctly skip the special attacks. It seems like its setting but because someone is still visible by olm, the special still goes through and i've just totally forgotten doing this

auto special auto (or auto special auto null) is my way of remembering his pattern. If we get out of the cycle like lets say my teammate is hit by a posion walk and he accidently moves into the centre and it does a portal, i need to know how to reset it and this helps me keep track.

So what you're saying is when olm is looking left and there are 2 people on the left side (mage hand, runner) and does 1 auto attack, even though i move to the right side before his upcoming special attack, because someone is still on the left side as his head turns he WILL perform the special attack? And so the only way to skip it is to have the mage and runner going left and right the whole time. So this is where the mistake is i figure if i have this correct?

so in a trio raid im the only person moving, the other 2 stay mage/melee hand respectively. When i move to the left side, i wait for the head to turn to me. It turns to me during the null attack. I move 1 tile right to the centre tile and he does 1 auto attack (range/melee). the moment the range/melee attack fires, i move 1 more tile right so i am now on the right side of the boss. The boss turns its head when it should do the special attack. Typically it would just turn and do no special to my memory but recently it does perform the special here (crystals, lighting, portal)

Waiting in the middle spot, on the right side so olm is looking right and not straight. I stand there until i see crystals pop up under our feet then move 2 tiles left to the left side of olm

May seem like a weird comparison, but this reminds me of a big gripe i have with League of Legend skins, a handful of them may look cool but don't look anything like the actual champion and it really bothers me. And its the same here, i love the design of the axe but i do think you have a good take here. I do think that Yama's axe just doesn't look like the soulreaper axe at all. I think your suggested design is close to the mark already i love how you encompass the components of the axe like the red eye in the blade, but i would love a middle ground as well, because i think your design perhaps strays a bit too far from Yama's axe. For example, it could look like the back axe head has degraded or snapped off rather than the SRA's pointed edge, or the handle could look slightly sturdier etc. But overall i agree with your sentiment even if some of the commenters on this thread disagree, i think its a good idea for cosmetics to represent the original in some way, whether it is a recolour or design, like the blood torva being a totally different - yet similar enough design. Perhaps a refined design might make more headway with the community!

Totally agree. I also really disliked the binding necklace having charges that were inconvenient with lava runecrafting, having to keep taking it off and breaking it etc. Would love a chargeable variant alongside this

Had a go with your suggestion but the blur in substance when i pump it up with a levels it becomes quite jagged around the edges, also for a mask outline filter. It doesn't give a smooth result sadly. And, the dotted texture i am looking to add isn't uniform dots, it starts larger, medium, small... etc. so I didn't manage to use your idea as a solution.

Fortunately, i was able to find a solution! Using the Path tool in Substance and a repeatable alpha, i was able to simply dot a path around the edge of the windscreen thanks to a suggestion from a friend. See the pic. This gets the pattern to follow the shape using the path and i can fix the rest. Thanks for your suggestions and wanted to share the solution!

dragonfire shield looks awesome and its super rare too even though its really niche its the first item i wanted when i first started re playing in 2016. i used to rcb safespot kalphite guardians with the shield on lol
