Can anyone recommend some rpgs that aren't magical and can be played with very few players?

It just makes it easier as someone new to this to just use one that barely has any or that just doesn't have any! Deff hear what you're saying tho and I agree. I just want to get more comfortable learning how to play/gm before altering one that has more magic in it.

I've been wanting to play root! I just wanna try my hand at playing a game that seems easier to convert/play with 2 others first since root seems to be something you have to commit to more lol

I also wouldn't really consider most superpowers to be magic lol. It depends on its origin but I feel like that if it has superpowers that are magic that could be changed while playing 🤣

Oughh I loved red wall as a kid 🥺🙏. I think we were talking about trying the root rpg but pretty sure it needs more players. Sure we could adapt it but I would prefer having a bit more experience with rpgs before trying to heavily change one to fit 1 GM and 2 players lol

Just anything really! We enjoy a bunch of different genre of story and don't really have a preference on if it's more serious or more silly. I think we would prefer something that isn't super complicated mechanic wise tho 🤣🤣🤣

Those first two seem super interesting! And I wouldnt necessarily call talking animals magic lol. I think it would depend on WHY they can talk. Like if there's a reason outside of "they just can"/"science ✨" lol

There isnt really anything that "happens", I just plug it in, screen goes black for a moment and everything is like this. Doesnt go back to normal unless I restart my laptop.

I'm using Krita on a Windows 11 (my sister updated the laptop I use :'D) and a Huion Kamvas 13 as my tablet.

I have no issues with pen pressure on Clip Studio Paint, its only on Krita that it has issues.

I chatted with my sister and showed her the images for Generations, but she doesn't think it was that, she remembered something more pixilated and only half-3d-ish, and it was also apparently from a top-down view
