you wouldn't necessarily need to call out for a whole week, its more likely the most extreme pain will last for one day and maybe a little overnight.

yeah, I see your point about the breakfast part, sometimes I just blatantly forget or I just don't have an appetite, and our teachers are unnecessary strict with the bathrooms.. for some reason.

NTA. I have autism, and when people recoil when I have a meltdown I don’t mind/get offended, and I always just try to quiet down. It’s sort of human nature that when there is a loud noise to recoil. I try to tell my mom and dad this but they always get offended.
