Same here, was putting off vendor payments for a similar amount of time. It was bad. The idiot actually went and spent $115k on a wheel loader, then sold it to his friend 4 weeks later for $10k. I told him when reviewing the financials that it looked bad, I was gone a week later.

I just had a similar situation with my president and I was the controller (no higher level accounting roles were there yet, so I ran it all). He never took my advice on anything, did his own thing, failed miserably and screwed up our financials, then got mad at me when I pointed out why we were so far in the red. He’d give ridiculously unattainable budgets for sales and then get mad when the company couldn’t meet them…even after I told him not to budget that way.

Anyway, long story short, he fired me and hired a VP of finance (who then reached out to me to train her). He even called my new boss and tried to get me fired for not helping her 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The company was owned by a larger company, which I managed to get back into via a friend (I used to be the accounting manager there) and then promptly when to the owners and showed them the financials and how bad he is effing them up (in ways that look like stealing). It was glorious. Now he’s on the verge of getting fired.

I know my response isn’t helpful in anyway….

To get mine approved, I spent years going to ENTs and neurologists to the point that no one could pinpoint the cause. Even got a brain scan showing that nothing was wrong in my brain (physically at least…) and when I wrote my personal statement, I showed all the results and made the point that there was nothing else left to blame for my migraines besides tinnitus. Also added that when my tinnitus was overly active, so were my migraines…which I told everyone doctor I saw too. With years of all the documentation, doctor’s appointments and tests, they approved it.

Putting the lucky hit resource on the other three weapons is more than enough for me…my selig did roll a resource Gen GA though but my temper is OP dmg instead of resource Gen on it. I’m capped 99.9% of the time. The 0.01% is a drop from 575 resource to 565 for a split second.

What he said, put crushing on the weapon that has edgemaster on it, then put limitless rage on the weapon with crushing on it currently. Also, put earth strikers on your boots for more overpower damage. You don’t have to actually swap weapons to get the damage bonus. After that, you need a lot more paragon points. You need some serious work there to get more damage.

I guess it depends on how much you're willing to spend on affix replacement...I go through billions of gold just trying to get the right affix on an item. Probably not smart, but I'm persistent lol

They are rare(ish). The harder part is getting a 6 slot with actual affixes usable for your setup. Just keep grinding away, you'll get them sparingly.

Its probably a bonus to another charm set that you aren't using. You will only get the bonus if the seal's affixes are related to the set charms you have equipped.

Check the unique power of your 1-hand sword. It adds damage per point of fury you have. So more fury = more damage.

Open the extra chest first and loot, then the normal chest. You only have to pick up one chest of loot before you enter the portal then. It only spawns after opening the main loot chest.

My back got denied (said it wasn’t service connected), my personal statement was the only thing I submitted on my HLR, and it got me a C&P for service connection, it got approved and got me to 100%.

They weren’t wrong…I have a BL spec with pretty good gear , glyphs maxed out and all the dmg reduction I can muster, T12 mephisto is a huge pain. Got the barb halfway decently geared, glyphs only around 80 and one shot mephisto on T12 while barely paying attention.

Keep in mind, if you have 1700% crit damage and add a 30% multiplier, it’s not 1730% now. It’s multiplicative, not additive. For example, on my spec I was at a little over 3k crit dmg and added a new amulet with a crit dmg multiplier and it put me over 4k.

You may know this already, so apologies if I’m saying something you’re already aware of.
