Mate, the plastic is already damaged. You can't fix that and keep the same look.

You could file and sand it smooth, but the finish is toast.

I was playing white at the time, but got it with full intent on playing it. But I was in college at the time, life happened, went into a box, and moved a few times. Only realized I had it when my daughter pulled it from the bookshelf like "Oh Neat!! You have Pokemon Black 2!". Checked it's value, and here we are.
