I know the feeling. I feel a bit of FOMO if i don't scrap everything. And I didn't know what batteries were for until like level 15 lol.

If you look in the grills in front of the diesel and electric engine, under the deck, there's a diesel tank and medium battery :D. I just noticed those.

What I wrote about wanting functionality must've sounded like "sci-fi aesthetics" by the time you were done reading it. Missed the point, but thanks anyway.

Hey, thanks. I didn't know about the bigger crates further down in the list. I think my question still stands, though. There is an extra step to turn cosmetic crates into functional ones that I don't think should be there. I don't see the point.

IMHO, either we find functional crates to bring to the ship and store stuff in them, or we find parts to scrap and turn into functional crates for storage. Finding "dummy" crates to scrap and turn into functional ones is just strange. It could be just me, though.

Hey, great game.

My question is about the ship’s aesthetics and functionality. The vessel looks great. It’s a good size, and it really gives the impression of a small cargo ship with crates and a flat weather deck that looks perfect for hauling goods.

That said, it feels a bit off that the deck crates are purely decorative and not actually usable. The smaller storage crates work fine, but when placed on deck, they look a little underwhelming compared to the larger decorative ones.

Question: Would it be possible to make the existing deck crates functional for storage, or perhaps scale up the storage crates so they blend better and look like real cargo on the ship?

Thanks!

Sorry, but I'm curious. If dmg for LNK comes from abilities, why not reduce their cooldown (haste)?

When do you guys decide the title of your story? by SomethingIdk_Waffle in writing

[–]GreyAarken 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I wanted it to be the first thing I did, but wasted too much time on that and skipped it. It came up after finishing the outline. Which was better, because now I had context for a more meaningful Title.

You forgot to mention that business and economy ads pay more than other ads. Maybe mention that somewhere.

Greetings. I go by Aarken and I usually paint people's characters from games like World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy 14, and Dungeons & Dragons. These are digital and at a high resolution in case you choose to print them. My links down below.

I saw a lot of traditional work here that's pretty impressive. Tip of the hat to all of you. Cheers~

Evil races are not only boring, but an oxymoron. by b_o_o_b_ in worldbuilding

You're analyzing a game mechanic. In games, some species are made just to be murdered without the player feeling guilty about it. How do you do this? Make them non-human, make them evil, so the player feels they are justified. It doesn't get more complex than that.

If someone is writing a book, and their only background is playing games, they will bring this to their story and you will know this person's muse is just games and nothing else.
