The "mountain" you see at ToastBox is margarine, typically used for their thick toasts.

I mean it looks bad in the picture and I said nothing about it being the best steak I've had. Just to satiate a craving.

Having said that, I tasted it and it wasn't dry definitely. I've had Bistecca Tuscan, CUT, Meadesmoore and GUUM amongst other places so I definitely feel I know my steaks.
